A standard power outlet is required. We provide one 25ft extension cord. If the outlet is further than 25ft away the client is responsible for providing additional extension cords.

• Letters (A-Z) are 3ft tall x 2ft wide x 0.5ft deep. (Exceptions include I, M, W)

• Numbers (0-9) are 4ft tall x 2ft wide x 0.5ft deep. (Exceptions include 1)

• Symbols (<3, #, period, &) are 3ft tall (width varies)

We strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience, so to do this we provide hassle free delivery, setup and pick up of the letters!

Yes! We have stacking racks available for two levels of letters. If you would like your letters stacked please let us know before signing your contract as we have limited quantity and there is an additional stacking fee. There is no fee for stacking our MR&MRS or THE topper on top of your last name.

We operate on a first come first serve basis and due to limited quantity of certain letters/numbers the sooner you book the better!

Yes! Our marquee letters can be outside with exception of high winds, rain or snow. So an indoor backup plan is always a good idea!

We do not allow the letters to be moved once they are set up, but we are able to come back and move them if needed! For the safety of our clients and to prevent damage to our products, the installation cannot be moved by anyone other than Alpha-Lit Milwaukee team members unless approved prior to the event.

Attaching anything to the letters including: balloons, florals, etc., must be approved ahead of time. We have a list of great companies that have worked with Alpha-Lit Milwaukee and know how to make our letters pop!
